Merchandise is shipped United States Parcel Service (USPS). Shipping and handling are based upon the total amount of purchase. In stock items will ship in 2-3 days. Expedited delivery may be available upon request.

Shipping charges for Chillow and Chillow Plus are an extra $3.00, bedding sets are an extra $5.00, and Chilipad is an extra $15.00.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, please return the merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or credit provided the garments were unworn. Pillowcase cannot be returned once opened. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
